KISSMAD: It turns out that it is GOG who is lying.
After been told that they don't have the update. I sent them a link to the Z Facebook page that states that they have been sent the patch.
Arkose: I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. It could have been true at the time or the result of incorrect information or miscommunication (since customer support wouldn't be the same people who put together the GOG patch installer). It would be silly to knowingly lie over something as minor as the availability of a patch.
Wouldn't it be better to find out what is going on before telling a customer that they don't have the update.
Saying you don't have something then saying you do after been caught out. To me, that is lying.
