Since I received update 7, I no longer receive any sound output from the game. Switching audio devices in Windows doesn't seem to make any difference, and no other games or applications have this problem. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Just as an FYI, game audio seems to be working fine again! I'm not sure if it was a Windows update or the 8th game patch, but my issue is gone regardless.
