Seriously, NISA, are you pulling our leg?! You've got to be, right?!

Treating PC customers like trash for six months, now you release a game that, if what I've read so far is true, is a lousy port (one you'll probably abandon, like you do with every game you publish), and on top of that, after release, you spit in the face of those who pre-ordered and fucking release a €20 "Ultimate Resource Bundle"?! For TWENTY Euro?! Fuck off, NISA, seriously, you're a disgrace; some of us pre-ordered your mess and stuck with it for seven months, enduring all of your bullshit, so the least you could do is include that crappy fanservice pay-to-win DLC in our €50 game. I (and many others) only waited because I love the Ys games and I don't have -- or plan to own -- a current gen console, so I have to play them on PC, which means I'm stuck with your utter lack of respect and care.

Greedy disrespectful bastards. Seriously, NISA, don't you ever steal an Ys game from XSEED again, "deixem trabalhar quem sabe", like we say in portuguese.

Have a fucking good day.

Actually, the 'Ultimate Resource Bundle' just got 7% off, so... yay....

Really, I just wish I knew if the early bird DLC will be available, later, still, so I could just wait until the game is finished and goes on sale.
Pay to win is inaccurate, Falcom never does that, they do release cheat DLC and a bunch of stupid costumes like Idea Factory does but skipping every piece of Falcom DLC ever wouldn't have you missing anything.
i have a number of the other Ys titles but not buying this one, just in spite of them having the gall to charge 30 bucks AUD for cheat codes and an outfit, on a full priced 3 year old game. that's just complete disrespect for the consumer

"On April 23, 2018, only Laxia’s “Eternian Scholar” Costume will remain available for purchase. The Digital Mini Art Book, Digital Soundtrack Sampler, and the Adol’s Adventure Essentials DLC will no longer be available."

The PS4 version is fun for me. Despite being as long as Seven and Memories of Celceta I enjoyed this game the most right after Origin. I don't have the PC version and I doubt my PC is strong enough to run it anyway. I don't know if I bought the game after the DLC releases but I never had any of those.

What I want to say after readin both the GOG and Steam pages of the mentioned DLCs I found half of them pointless. Starting potions, material, or what not changes nothing. Asking money for it is very desperate if you ask me. The costumes and especially Adol's is a very nice addition, should be an unlockable thing but being a DLC don't bother me either. However it should be free as it not alter anything, but unlike the item DLCs it actually gives a plus to the gameplay, a nostalgic feeling. That custom is the only thing amongst the DLC I wish to have on PS4, but wouldn't pay a game's worth for a single model.
I just recently bought the game. I regret that I did not do a thorough research before buying a game that is for gaming consoles and has recently ported to PC. I am using Nvidia Geforce GTX 960M Version 417.22, but even after I had chosen this as my PhysX processor and lowered my resolution screen, the game still lagged. Seeing the opening scene that was slower than the BGM makes me worried maybe this game will not be as good as playing Dragon Quest Heroes.

However, I shall wait for updates that can make the game run more smoothly. If not, I will uninstall this.
