I have installed the ENG voice patch from the Steam community site.

I just extracted everything into the game folder, so that there's a new "psp" folder in it, and the dinput8.dll is overwritten, etc.
This didn't seem to do anything. I started a new game, and I don't hear any characters speaking. Has anyone gotten this to work?
