I don't know what it is but I have just started Ys Seven and everything in it is slow. I can only get ~30fps, speech typing is ludicrously slow, animations look like slow motion, the opening video runs too slow so the audio track finishes a good 10 seconds before the video does leaving you in silence while it finishes playing.

Has anyone else encountered this? Has anyone fixed it?
