The very minute I start the launcher, it's all in Japanese. Same with the game itself. All the text is Japanese. I didn't install it any special way, just everything came up completely untranslated. Would love for Xseed to send me their localization files or something. What happened?

In the launcher go to the bottom right category, and the first drop box (the one that's just above six check boxes), and change the option inside it to the first one. That should change the launcher and game language to English.

Thanks, that helped a ton. The whole thing is English now and offers a lot more options than the Chinese PC port did. Good call on Xseed to do this one right.
