How can I disable auto save? It's the dumbest thing ever, and I hate it, I hate it, I HATE it!

I hate autosave too, but as the game doesn't seem to have manual saving, disabling autosave would just result in no saving at all.

What I ended up doing was just backing up save files periodically, so that I could jump back to whenever I want. It's a pain, but it works.

The game more or less does that itself anyway, the star button on the menu lets you load "previous chapters". It's annoyingly imprecise but I managed to live with it because the game wasn't very long anyway.

Well I'm a completist, so I wanted to see every possibility, even in the branching dialogs, so it was actually much more convenient for me to just make backups periodically, before I ever made a choice.
