Probably it will never come, unfortunately.
When they announced LaD GOG version, a GOG employee made a brief statement, one which made no sense whatsoever, stating something like they excluded that DLC from the GOG version because it supposedly has MTX that GOG didn't want to use.
In response, others stated that it doesn't actually have any MTX involved with it, and therefore there is no reason for it to be excluded from the GOG version, even though it is excluded anyway.
Yet even after being told all that, GOG still did absolutely nothing to try and bring back this unnecessarily excluded DLC.
I voiced my opposition to its exclusion, and a few others also did.
But for the most part, it seems like most GOG customers don't care that they got an inferior version with missing DLC, and so that doesn't give GOG any incentive to fix this problem.
Maybe if you add your voice to those who complain about it, and if many other people also do, then GOG might fix it.
I don't think that will happen though. I sure wish it would.
I hate incomplete games, and I bought all of the other Yakuza games that are on GOG, but not LaD, because it's missing stuff for no legitimate reason.
