I want to play this game again, some years ago I failed at defeating Mongoose.
But from what I remember there was no way to skip the cutscenes, so after being killed I had to watch them again and again, quite annoying. Maybe you guys can help me with a workaround, would be really welcome and the game would be so much more fun.

Actually, there is no cutscene before the final boss fight (versus Mongoose).

Anyway, they can be skipped by pressing ESC.

There are more than one cutscenes. And esc doesn't work to skip them.
I would also like a way.

Cutscenes between map change can be skipped by pressing ESC (given you didn't stumble upon a rare bug).
About the in-game ones, there is not any key for it - personally I don't even feel like it was worth the trouble for those quick scenes.
