for whatever reason the game is stuttering very very hard every minute or so. like freezing for half a second every second for 10 seconds, and then goes back to normal for just a minute.

has anyone else had this issue?

I'm having the issue too, but it only started after I died on the military base.
Since then, it freezes even in the menu screen. Rebooting has not helped.
Looks like we're on our own.

can confirm i have the same problem and it happens in both the steam and gog versions
