Hello,

I think I just had a small bug. I'm using version 1.59, downloaded manually, not through GOG Galaxy.

So I started a ground mission and the pistol and shotguns didn't start at full ammo. The plasma rifles and plasma snipers started at full ammo, but the pistol started at 6/9 and the 2 shotguns at 1/6. I sent the helicopter straight from a base, so I didn't have any other missions on the way.

...Yes I modified the portraits >_>

It's not a big problem but I thought I'd mention it.
