Does anyone know if this game has cloud saves in GOG Galaxy? Can I play and pick up where I left off on another PC?

for me the checkbox for cloudsaves in configuration menu is greyed out
so i guess it does not support cloud saves,
though i do not see why you couldn't just copy the saves to a portable storage device
