DOS, Windows or DosBox? If DosBox - prepackaged by GOG or stand-alone official current one?
Start look for saves from game folder. Than DosBox in user AppData.
Of course AppData VirtualStore folder should be almost\empty and do not contain any gaming files.
GOG DosBox saves are stored in game folder, at least it be like that some time ago.
