I just got the game and it appears to run properly, except that as soon as it opens a battle area, the camera scrolls all the way to the left and stays at the map edge. I can't scroll by moving the mouse to the screen edge. If I click on the soldier's icon the camera moves to him, but then immediately scrolls back to the map edge. I've played with some settings without result.

Update: problem goes away if one unplugs any joysticks before playing. Thanks, Google!
