Probably was limited to a short perido, if you tried the link after it expired, it would have just taken you to the home page, which sounds like what happened to you.

I used this promo some time ago, when it was still valid.

But my question, was:
Without used this link, i do not found how to go on this page as i navigated on GoG.

I don't know why this specific promo was hidden (it doesn't exist, so I can't even check).

But yes, GOG will sometimes create promo options that are hidden and, for example, linked to by someone "Let's playing" the game (i.e. playing it on YT or Twitch and providing commentary). This gives that person's audience a better deal and gives GOG an idea of how useful their promotional efforts are.
