Only sat through the story scroll over the papers on the desk, and some of the dialogue on the boat (quit before reading all that due to dealing with my kids) and I got the Cartographer (100% map discovered) achievement. Is there any way to undo this bug?? Please?

Got it as well, prolly a bug.

Confirmed bug, and on top of it, Sara (XSEED programmer) has trouble with retroactive fix... Something like "not sure if steam even supports cancelling already awarded achievements". Same bug with "Out of breath" - just dip your toe in water and get out, you'll get it anyway. Rest of them seem to work right.
