Isn't the soundtrack available by default for collector edition owners? Does it need to be purchased separately?

I think it's waiting for GOG to release it, even though showing as available, and Steam users already have it. - I bought it yesterday, and it's showing as 'in library,' but it isn't, nor is it available via DLC on the base game.

If you're using Galaxy, the soundtrack is under "Backups & Goodies." There will be 4 items, unhelpfully, listed as "Soundtrack," 2 for FLAC and 2 for mp3. The larger files are the ones that include the SV OST.

Unfortunately I have only the vanilla soundtrack and the SV one shows with a buy button in Galaxy

After you asked, I checked and was able to download it without incident. I guess maybe contact GOG support?

I've contacted the devs directly and not only they confirmed the OST should be available here, but in an hour they kicked GOG and made them fix everything so now the OST is in my store library (no Galaxy required!).
You should check as well, maybe use the "refresh" link as well.

Cool. I used the refresh account action and now it appears on my account as well. Thanks

I spoke too soon.The soundtrack appears in my account but trying to download it takes me to an 404 page :(

It was the same for me for at least 30 minutes. Try to wait a little (perhaps the system needs to register you as legitimate owner).
