Is Road rage challenge available in the gog version ?

Don't know - I haven't seen it (yet) but maybe it's one of the Daily Challenge or Tournament modes that I haven't unlocked yet.

Where would I look for it?

The game does have Banger racing, Last Man Standing, Elimination, and Deathmatch/Team Deathmatch modes.

Well, it was available in Tournament Mode as the Season Challenge during the last season, but has been replaced this season. As far as I know, it is not currently available as it was one of the time-limited challenges.
