I'm a Full Time Wrecker, I have the game on Steam but I want to get it on GOG, is it possible to get the backer reward car in this version?

Have you tried using your save from the Steam version with GOG's?

Don't have it anymore, stopped using Steam a while ago.

If you still have the backer reward through Steam, install the game (unless you mean you deleted the account), play it, make a save with the reward, quit the game, and transfer the save.
