-nice leveldesign!
-interesting monsters

-used artifactconfig will not be saved after load
-monster spawn behind me, for me is a no go
-will be a selection for free saving?
-the difficult still swaping hard
-there will be a story behind this?
-would be nice to have more chests around, maybe someone unlocked
-there is a need for counterattacks against the flying maws and this charging ones because actually there is no escape from them during there move
-would be nice to have more secrets and a score after to know how many i dont have find :)
-the snow texture on "the priory is buggy. the edge of the texture hold me back sometimes
-would be nice to have a timestamp on the saves so i know what was the last one.
-needs a ingame possibility to load a game from the last checkpoint/save
-more different monster?

Thx for your game :)

I have to second the bullet point about monsters spawning in.

One of the main reasons I prefer 90's shooters is because the levels are pre-populated, and my relationship with the geography is therefore meaningful. Modern games are increasingly trending toward Robotron/Smash TV-style non-locality, in which the level increasingly becomes a mere decoration.

From the little bit of Wrath I've played so far (it stutters horribly, I'm afraid), the monster pop-in isn't as bad as Serious Sam, but the sense of clearing/conquering the level, or retreating and having the monsters chase me, is a little bit diluted compared to Doom and Quake.

I am thrilled with the game so far, though, and I do hope future versions run better for me.
Hi!

As a fan of 90's "boomer shooters" I wanted to say to developers that I loved everything about your game. The stylised to 90's graphic design looks amazingly artistic, not like you just downgrade quality or save polygons.

Sound design is also nice to me. Modern tendency to lowing middle range in sounds makes every weapon seem like a fragile surgical instrument or something like that, I don't know how to say. But I feel weight and power of guns in Wrath. Also I liked the music, it's gorgeous!

Keep up the good work, thank you!
