Hello,

I purchased this game a few months ago based on the fact that I love old FPS and the quake engine games in general and wanted to support developers who seemed like they were making something really cool that just hit all the nostalgic marks for me. But recent revelations on the release date being pushed back to an undetermined time, the Devs lack of communication with their customers, and general signs that this product will not come out in a timely manner, if ever at all have soured my impression and I would like to withdraw my support. This is the first early access/indev game that I have backed, and I only did so because I saw that they had a legitimate publisher who I assumed would spur them to meet their stated goals and ensure professional behavior, but I was wrong. This is not meant to be offensive, but it seems to me like the dev team is more like a team of highly skilled modders and not a group of professionals. If I am wrong, please correct me.

I would like a refund for this game, but since I bought it over thirty days ago GOG declined my first attempt and where both extremely late to reply and slightly rude. I have only played around 30-40 minutes of the game since I did not want to spoil the experience of the full game and I swear on my honor that is not installed on my pc anymore. If there was some way to prove this to support then I would do it. But now with all of the missed deadlines I have given up hope on this project. Is it possible for the Devs to give me a refund or should I continue to make requests with GOG? Has anyone else sought a refund and succeeded after the 30 days? If the game comes out, I will definitely buy it, but the current situation does not look bright.
