I have installed Worms W.M.D and the All Stars Pack DLC using offline installers (no Galaxy), but for some reason the All Stars content (Ming Vase, Dubstep Gun etc.) is not available for me.
There should supposedly be a setting in the options to activate the additional content, but this setting is not there.

Did anyone get the All Stars Pack working with offline installers?

I currently have the same issue. Interestingly, if you use the offline installer for the DLC again while it is already installed, it will still install the DLC again instead of notifying you that the DLC is already installed. My guess is that this is a bug.

GOG has now updated the offline installers to version 1.0.0.273(a) and this issue has been resolved.
