Does Worms Armageddon here have the 3.7.2.2 patch here? It was mentioned on Steam and it's meant to fix compatibility with Windows 10.

That's a misleading claim on Team17's part. The game already works fine on Windows 10. They just tinkered with the renderer somewhat and broke the game for a lot of people. I've spoken to the two guys who otherwise make Worms: Armageddon patches a while back, they were not involved with it, which shows how low Team17 has fallen. The GOG version is legitimately superior because it didn't receive this patch.

If you really have issues with the game, just tinker with the rendering options in the advanced options screen until you get the game running at optimal performance.

Oh how I wish that were true... I have messed around in there so many times and still get that @#@$@$ white box in the upper left corner on round 2 of single player. Just wondering if you have seen or heard any mention of that being addressed in the patch? In W10 (spit) of course and yes I tried the other "fix" for this as well just in case anyone wonders (full screen optimization). And here I thought maybe that would solve my woes....

Oh Wow, Plokite_Wolf you are the same person that tried to help me before. I should have looked up my post first. No worries, I will mess with it some more. Maybe I will hit that magic combo this time, I swear I tried every combo I could last time. Ah well, didn't mean to bug you about this again Thanks for trying! That's what happens when I don't get the urge to kill worms for awhile...

A lot of issues were fixed in v3.8. GoG has yet to release the update but it is possible to use the CD updater and then patch WA.exe to the gog version by changing 1 byte at hex offset 296712 to 02.
