I was playing a run with Ayaka on Cultist with Ath-Yolazsth as the old god.
Got a Mind Wipe curse and used Ayaka's bracelet to remove it.
Apparently, the effect of Ath-Yolazsth (Doom instead of Reason loss) made it go from 55% to 100% doom on a single jump.
