On Steam the OST is available to purchase separately. Is it available on GoG, or is it included?

No, the soundtrack is not included or available on GOG. You can, however, purchase it separately at bandcamp:

Love how they add "re-orchestrated soundtrack" to the description as a selling point, and not even make the OST available for us. I get that these developers don't give a shit about gog or it's users, but why doesn't gog actually get these things done for us.
