I'm not sure what it is called but there was some major visual issue when walking around on my R9 390 that was starting to give me a bit of nausea (that I get very easily in 3D games but not 2d that I can recall). I tried some settings and found that enabling "Radeon Enhanced Sync" made it work ok.

While testing things I found that enabling "Radeon Anti-Lag" caused major issues with the game after a while such as dialog boxes stopped working (starting at a cutscene the same dialog box with some visual artifacts would stay while the voice acting continued with the intended dialog). So anyone seeing that kind of issue try turning off that setting if you have it on by default (or potentially similar settings in nVidia drivers).
