Hello!

Anyone else find the dogs in these games kind of scary? Even when I find one asleep, I do get a tad nervous approaching him. I find it scary in the same way other people find roller coasters scary. There's no danger, so the thrill is actually kind of fun. I also feel sorry for them. They just want to be doggos, but they were turned into monsters.

Probably doesn't help that I was attacked by a dog twice in real life. I didn't lose a limb or anything, and the damage wasn't that bad. Even with that in mind, I still like dogs, and I hope to get one myself one day.

The mechanization of the dogs is a reflection on the supercharged inhumanity of the Nazi regime under Deathsheads' direction. They've undergone so much surgical graftings and cyborgization that personally I find them no different than the robots you self-destruct in chapter 3. For comparison, you have an adorable, loyal, baseline dog as a pet in New Colossus that gets promptly killed off (in a super dick move, to boot) to explain why the protag finds it super easy to kill these robodogs.

I too love dogs (and cats... tough choice :| )
