Not sure if anyone is wondering if you can keep your saves and settings from Steam, but I'll post in case there is. I uninstalled my Steam versions for both games before installing the GoG ones, but I still have my settings and saves from them.

I haven't gotten around to Old Blood yet, but I assume it won't be any different.

But then you won't get any achievements you've already gotten in Steam. The game has a profile save that saves locked and unlocked achievements and you can't trigger them a second time. Just in case you care about that
