I tried to manually install New Order (don't want to use Galaxy right now) and despite having all he files I get
"Installer needs the next part (.BIN) file" and "Please specify the location of part 11 and click OK".

But I already have all the files downloaded and this hasn't happened before. Old blood worked fine.
Just in case there was corruption I deleted everything and downloaded everything again. Same problem.

Any ideas?

Make sure everything is named correctly and post the file hashes of the downloads. Hopefully someone else who owns it can check against what they have successfully installed from.

I didn't change the names of any of the files and manually installing has worked with every other game from GOG.

I supposed I can always capitulate and download GOG galaxy but I was kind of trying to avoid that. :)

Remove the (1) at the end. Make also sure that part 1-10 are all 4 GB and that part 11 is 1,9 GB.

Removing the (1) worked.
