this morning i wake up and see my wolf3d uninstalled and my spear of destiny was removed from my library, i was scared and confused as to why did this happened. after installing wolf3d and checking up the files for my saves i realized they freaking integrated both games into 1 program, for no reason and normally i wouldn't mind but spear of destiny was downgraded since they cut both extra mission packs now spear of destiny only has the m1 levels apparently so we are left without 40 lvls!!

Yeah, that happens sometimes. Use the offline installers and ignore Galaxy as it does stupid things.

Yes SoD lost add missions. Got re release. For a reason or without reasons (i doubt to legal issues for just DLC pack of games originally not been by Bethesda/iD, if legal whole SoD been removed or even Wolf3d itself).

Vut original buyers on Steam this time get old version as old app. GOG also get thatbupdate as separate appID. But all old buyers lost old bundles from account.
Few month ago GOG start to add it back, some users report they contacted Support for get it.

So first make sure you bought WOLF3D+Spear_of_Destiny from your recipe. If you didnt buy it for sure much ago or even back at release in '15.
Then look everywhere. And it should be everywhere. There is separate SoD and TWO Wolf3d should be in library. In GOG Galaxy library or on account page. For account page better use normal browser and maybe use http://gog.com/account/refresh
Both Galaxy and GOG (offline) builds shold be there (with 2 setup for w3d). If nothing there and after refresh - contact Support.

Since it is new ID for Seam and GOG - their saves are sepatated from old ones.

i do have both games in my gog glaxy folder tho, i'm just mad because they removed it from my library for no apparent reason, i contacted support but got no response

Since we're on the subject, if you bought Wolf3D with the separate Spear of Destiny offline installer that still included the two additional mission packs, GOG had also included The Elder Scrolls: Arena and Daggerfall. Those two Elder Scrolls games were also quietly removed from your GOG account as well.

Yep. This two just unbundled although. No updates to files. And those files now available for free for everyone.
Two TES games been bundled with every Bethesda game. So most likely ppl who bought Wolf3d got TES from previous buy (RTCW, Wolf2 or TES main series, etc)

Wolf3D got update to include SOD. And like on Steam it is come here as NEW entry in Library with both Wolf3d/SOD old KEEP separated.
But Bethesda and GOG even did make differ bundles for it mess it to replace old one with new one for old buyers.

Look to GOGDB for reference whats happned with SOD.

Contact Wupport if your library didnt return TWO OLD entries. Should be THREE Wolf3d in Library (look to GOGDB for their IDs). It is two on Steam with SOD separated and three on GOG with older one come WITHOUT bethesdas LAUNCHER. Just like it should be stay here.
Old buyers can contact Support if refresh-page not work for them.

I suggest everyone contact Support to get separate SOD. Just in case GOG will add it too even if you just buy only Wolf3d.

This is waaaay too late but yeah GOG eventually gave me back the old SOD so i'm happy :D
