Maybe it will not be a scam in the end, but all the original features: open world, rotating camera, classless system, weapons customization, housing system are scrapped, and the game became the generic, lazy, carbon copy of Diablo 3.

Open gog.com via browser, and log in. Under the "support" tab click "game technical issues" option.
Once the new page opens up click on the green field, which says "contact us".

Fill in the required ticket fields, and briefly describe your issue with Wolcen Studios.
Submit your request.

This should work out for you, it is not complicated. They should issue you a refund transfered in your Gog wallet, which you can use to buy other games on Gog.
