Seems that GoG have deemed it fit to not release Wolcen with Cloud play enabled, which means no daily dungeon or leader-board, even though Steam have Cloud play enabled, didn't think there would have been to many differences between game play for GoG not to have cloud play enabled.

It's two completely different sets of API.
Steam API came first, GOG next.
It's simple.
The downside is, it's unlikely to see any updates with API (or, _any_ updates) before September.
