Devs said "soon" on steam forum.

I've just redownloaded, and the files have reverted back to 2.9.0.11 dated 30 June 2016 16:02:30

Still 3 month old files (6.30.16) incorrectly called 0.2.8 hot-fix. Hope management will notice this nonsense...

2.14.0.16 / 26 September 2016 14:47:37 is available for download.
10 days since I sent a support ticket and being fobbed off with a reply stating that what was available at the time, were the latest files.
I DO NOT and WILL NOT use galaxy, so if you're posting an update with a changelog on my account, I expect the files to be available, however I choose to get them!
This delay for updated standalone installers is NOT acceptable. :(
