how to start wolcen, it is installed, but the green PLAY tab stays GREY

Ayay, I'm gonna reinstall Wolcen again. I was gonna wait for a more advanced version, but last time it was just "start the game". Have you tried the usual stuff, like checking if your firewall/Antivirus blocks anything, etc?
