I've been playing for a few hours now and something odd is happening, whenever I try to level up, there's like a 90% chance that the character will gain 1 HP and get 1 Attribute Point, the worst possible rolls.

I don't expect anyone to know, but I would like to know why this is happening and if it's possible to fix somehow.

(This isn't 2-3 times in a row btw, this is what I get almost every time after dozens of attempts.)

Did you change class? You will get minimum rolls until you surpass the previous level.

Still in the basic roles, haven't changed any classes yet.
This is intended. You don't have to worry about it. The game has a weird way to balance it out. If you get a few levels with only the minimum 1 hp roll, you will get eventually a level up where you get a huge hp bonus at once. Its unintuitive but it balances out in the end. I played this game pretty often and tested this, and always endet up with reasonable hp even on my mage glass canon characters. Its not necessary that you reload after a bad roll, just go with it and it will even it self out eventually. Reloading will mostly result in not getting better rolls because it is weighted to be this way.

As mentioned above, if you change role, your hp will also only rise 1 hp per level till you surpase your last role in levels.

To elaborate on the previous answer:

Each time your character gains a level, it's hitpoints are completely rerolled from scratch.

Let's say your warrior gains 1-10 hitpoints per level. He is now level 1 with 10 hitpoints, because he got lucky on the 1-10 roll. He gains level 2. He does NOT roll another 1-10 roll and add the result to his hitpoints as you would expect.

Instead, his hitpoints are set to zero, he makes two 1-10 rolls in a row, and adds the result together. Those are his new hitpoints. If the result would mean he now has less hitpoints than before, he will instead keep his old hitpoints and increase them by 1.

This is a clever way to ensure your character eventually ends around the hitpoint pool he should have at his current level.
