I just bought this game on gog, and it does not work at all, when I launch it, it gives me a black screen with the music playing in the background, waiting for 10 mins doesn't help.
System specs:
Windows 7 32 bit ultimate
Pentium G630 cpu
3gb ddr3 ram
80gb sata hdd

A lot of times with games that need full screen another task running might prevent it from actually coming up.

I would first try alt-tab to see it it is up just not primary.
