where is munsey. it was a quest given to me to find his remains in shurugeon ruins. i have completed all the other quests in this area but find his remains

On the groundfloor, there are some cells next to the room where you fought the imps after you met D'Sotos ghost for the first time (the room with the elevator). You should find Galian's letter in one of those cells.
