Seriously... I know this is a 20 year old game, but any mods to remove those spiders?

Can't deal with that.

Yes, it exists now. Look on Nexus; it's still marked experimental but should be alright. Chose the Mushroom model in the end since other models are pretty buggy (no animations, spells miss) and the Mushroom fits in with most locations a Spider was previously found.
