Can someone confirm if the GoG version of Wizardry Gold has the diplomacy bug fixed, or is it still present? Thanks!

When I tried Wizardry Gold about a year ago I'm pretty sure it didn't work. There are bug fixes available on the net though.

Honestly I'd play Wiz 7 Dos version anyway. Wizardry Gold also has a speed issue. There are Wiz 7 mods that will add an automap if you really want it, although I found the maps in the hintbook good enough by themselves.

There's no sane reason to play Wizardry Gold instead of the DOS version.
All that is Gold does not glitter.
