Starting Wizardry 8 and am getting error message could not open video output device. I had the original copy of Wizardry 8 with the CD copy and had no problems? I purchased the GOG version knowing I would not to have go searching for patches.

Someone gave you a response in your previous post with the exact same question. "Launch 3DSetup.exe and play with options there. I had best results with earliest DirectX option in there." I don't think anyone appreciates flooding the forums with repeated questions.

Edit: Unless you're trying to say that didn't solve your problem in which case you could just reply to your old post saying it didn't.
