I've read in a few places that this game does in fact have automapping, but besides the occasional lightsource, my map is just a black screen.

I can't find ANYTHING on this issue... does anyone have an idea of how to perhaps fix it so automapping actually works?

This is a weird bug. My automap has never had issues.

Since this is a really old game it is unlikely to find any official tech support. So I'm not sure. Maybe reinstall?
