Since Gog Games didn´t include the original handbook of Wizardry 7 Dos Version I cannot play the game.

There is only the Wizardry Gold handbook downloadable - which cannot be used for the copy protection of the Dos Version.

Can anybody help how to bypass the copy protection?

from what i read on this board the copy protection was patched but not completely removed,
i.e. keep the field empty and hit [enter]

Yes, just press enter and the game will continue. :) This also applies to most other GOG games with this sort of copy protection.

No that is not correct!

When I hit just Enter the game shuts down. So it is not playable for me.

I bought the Game but I can´t play it. Why is there no manual for Wizardry 7 Dos Version and why I am botheres with a copy protection and others not?

I hope someone will help me, I can´t be the only one who cannot play this game because of unfriendly copy protection!

Sadly, the German version still has the copyright protection intact. :( See this thread:

In short, look under Start Menu/GOG(.com)/Wizardry 7/Documents and find the file with the password(s).
