One of my characters was turned into a stone by a trap. What should I do? None of my characters know cure stone spell yet.

Stoned is worse than dead, so reload a previous save and do not save again while a character is stoned.
If you don't want to reload you can simply drag around the stoned character until you leveled up enough to get a character with 90 alchemy or theology to learn the spell (it will make the game easier on the long run if there are less characters to share the XP and get access to level 7 spells faster) or find a cure stone potion (Maybe you can buy one from Queequeg).
