MikeSol: Ok, Boltac wants 10k for this thing. I know it can cast MAHALITO. But I have some questions about it before I buy it.
1. How many charges does it have?
2. Can it be recharged somehow?
3. Is the sword still useable when it runs out of charges or does it break?
1. It doesn't work that way.; rather, items have a chance to break. In the case of this particular weapon, it has a 20% break chance (according to
http://www.zimlab.com/wizardry/walk/w5/4/w5walk4.htm ) each time it is used. This means it could break on the first use, or you could use it constantly and not have it break (especially if you are using tool assistance and loading state/rewinding everytime it does break).
2. No because the game doesn't track charges.
3. It will break when "used up", becoming unusable. Some items may change into a different item when used up (the Axe of Death does this when invoked, for example, but do you really want to invoke a weapon with a name like that?).
