I am playing Wizardry 2 (Apple II version) and I can't find the KOD artifacts.like armor. I went to the space where it's supposed to be but instead of a scripted battle described in the walkthrough it was a normal battle with random enemies, same thing happened in level 2 after going through the puzzle door. Is it a bug or am missing something?

Make sure you don't already have that piece of the armor in anyone's inventory.
