I'm completly noob in Wizardry series, but I'd like to try it, cosidering how important it is for gaming industry. I just want to know some things first, and i dont know where to look for them. One of this things is that is it there some safe havens in series, like towns for example, where party can rest and prepare for futher adventuring, like in Might and magic series, or is it just one big dungeon with npcs hidings in shadows, like in Ultima Underworld? i hope you'll understand what i mean, english is not my first language.
Wizardry 7 and 8 have towns, shopkeepers that sell useful items, and functioning cities. There are safe locations to rest where you won't be attacked in both games.

Wizardry 6 is more like a big dungeon. There are scattered civilized areas, but most NPCs are found one little room surrounded by tons of monsters. Most of your equipment is going to be found, not bought.
For completeness, here is the answer for earlier games in the series:

Wizardry 1-3 and 5 each have one menu based town, which allows you to form your party and start your adventure; the rest of the game is just one big dungeon. You can return to this town to rest (and in fact, you have to do so in order to level up). Wizardry 5 has NPCs in the dungeon; 1-3 do not. (Note that there is no way to rest outside of town.)

Wizardry 4 is just one big dungeon; the only places you can recover your spells are the pentagrams scattered throughout the dungeon. Note that this game is very different from the rest of the series.

Japanese Wizardry games and Wizardry-likes are like 1-3 and 5, though there's sometimes multiple dungeons to explore: Elminage Gothic falls into this category.

One other thing I should point out: Wizardry 2-4 are not meant as entry points into the series; 2 and 3 *require* that you import characters from 1 (there are no premade characters and no way to create your own), and 4 is extremely difficult, with puzzles requiring knowledge of at least the first game. So, either start with 1 or stick with the later games (5-8). (I note that transferring characters through the Dark Savant trilogy (6-8), while possible, is not mandatory.)
