Does anyone know of a mod that changes how slow effect works? You would think that once slowed a monster that got multiple attacks would lose those attacks once debuffed. They don't though they just attack the same amount of times really slowly. Combat can aleady take several minutes in the vanilla game this effect just seems to make it even worse. The only real thing I could see it being used for is if you wanted to kite with an all range party or if you where solo to help get out of combat. It is not something I generally use but one of my mess around parties is an all bard group so any instrument I can find to use I put it on someone, but this is almost painful as it lengthens combat even more which is long for this group any way as they are low damage at the moment.
Slow effect is hardcoded and tied to spell ID,
i.e. no matter what other effects are assigned to the spell, it will always try to slow the target.
So far nobody managed to modify the hardcoded effect by changing unknown parameters of the spell..

Therefore I never use slow in any way, its probably the most useless spell of the game,
although target may have an AC penalty, initiative appears to be affected,
and a swing or even full attack sequence may be lost.

btw, 2nd place goes to Ring of Fire
