ussnorway: Not without an editor no.

However you can import your group and (once on the ground) swap one/all of them for newly made characters... put all their gear in the main inventory and you have a group with some wiz7 gear which the game will treat as your old party.
How exactly do you swap for newly made characters?

edit: nvm, just found out how.
