first at all, please excuse my English, it is not my native language, but i hope, you can understand and maybe help me nevertheless.

I bought Wiz 6/7, and have the following problems:

Though i chose "german", Wiz 6 is in English.
Wiz 7 gold does not run at all, a launch of the game just starts the programming credits.
I tried to install it several times and downloaded the file twice, it does not change anything. What am I doing wrong?

Run the installer and click the Options button, then you'll see German options for both. Wizardry Gold is English-only so a German DOS version is included instead.

The language selector on the download page does nothing because it's the same installer for both whereas many other games have separate installers for each language version.Press Escape as soon as the game starts and you'll get the main menu after a brief delay.

Thank you very much, i can't believe, that i overlooked the installer optiions, pressing esc had no effect in my installed gold version, though.

But everything seems to be fine at first sight, now.

I played both games more than 20 years ago, but I can't remember anything, except that they were quite hard.
