I take wheel key and open tomb or what it is and take everything from it. Then I go to Arnika and give the pass to priest in temple. He give me quest to take weapons from the monastery. What now? Can I finish the quest?
I forgot mention it is Wizardry 8

what he told you was to go below to find the wheel key... as you already have that the quest is finished

Yes, as mentioned, you've done it.

This isn't a quest in the sense that it's got a reward; Braffitt is simply giving you a hint about somethinig in the game you might not realize.
